This aluminium flexi hose is designed to be installed from the top of the cooker hood motor unit to the start of the flat or round ducting system, ideally this should be used as its fire retardant and will not melt or shrink when excessive cooking temperatures are reached, This is part number 2 from the chart. *You should never use the white PVC washer dryer hose vent kits are they are not fire retardant and  are a fire hazard*
